Matthew Prather Guitar LA Rocks Summer Rock Camp Tuition and Cancellation Policy

Summer Rock Camp tuition is $600.00 plus tax


Tuition


Tuition must be paid in full no later than May 10th for Sesson 1 and June 8th for Sesson 2 unless other arrangements have been made. If full payment has not been received by due date, the camper’s slot may be forfeited. If unable to make payments, please contact Matthew Prather at 505-946-7523 or matt@mattpratherguitar.com.

Tuition may be paid with cash, check, or credit card.  


Checks should be made out to Matt Prather Guitar Studio or Matt Prather Guitar, with the notation of Summer Rock Camp in the memo. Checks may be mailed to:

Cancellations and Refunds


Bands are assembled and instructors are hired based on the number of paid registrations. All cancellation requests must be received in writing/email no later than 10 business days prior to the start of camp.


More Than 10 Business Days Before Start of Camp


For cancellations received more than 10 business days prior to the first day of camp, Matt Prather Guitar Studio will retain a $25 administrative fee and refund the remaining balance paid.


Less Than 10 Business Days Before Start of Camp 


Refunds will not be given less than 10 days before start of camp unless the camper's slot can be filled by another camper.


If camper is unable to attend to illness or other medical condition 10 days before start of camp, refund of tuition minus $100 will be issued with physician's note.
