I give Matt Prather Guitar and LA Rocks Summer Camp permission to take photos, videos, and audio of my child during the LA Rocks Summer Camp for use on Matt Prather Guitar Studio Website, Matt Prather Guitar Studio Youtube Channel, and in Matt Prather Guitar Group email messages. I am aware that such images will become the property of Matt Prather Guitar and La Rocks Summer Camp and that I am allowed to opt out of photos if I do not wish for my child to be recorded or photographed.
